Joseph Panniello

Joe has more than 19 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, building a knowledge base in operations before transitioning to sales.  He focuses on providing first-time homebuyers and seasoned homeowners alike with education and resources to make informed decisions in an ever-changing real estate market.  Specializing in complex and unconventional financing, Joe takes a tailored approach to the individual needs of each client.  When time permits, he enjoys camping & hiking in the summer, and cross-country skiing in the winter.  Joe grew up on the North Shore in Massachusetts and currently lives north of Boston with his wife and infant daughter.
