Matthew Chabot

Matt has over 30 years’ experience in the mortgage business. He has earned designations of Certified Liability Advisor (CLA), Registered Mortgage Advisor (RMA) & Certified Mortgage Planner (CMP). Matt has been a faculty member for the National Institute of Financial Management teaching liability management and educating clients about its positive impact on one’s net worth. He co-authored the book Borrow Smart Retire Rich in 2008. Matt has been a perennial top producing loan officer in the state of Massachusetts—ranked 3^rd in the state in 2023 for total loan volume.
