Our relationship started by chance last August when my husband and I found a house in Sagamore that we loved. By the luck of the draw, the best of luck it turns out, we met Rick. I even went to your competitor banks to get financing. I have A+ paper and they were more than willing to steal me from Harbor One. None of them had any issue with the condo insurance policy wording. Rick persevered and went the extra mile to make sure Harbor One could resolve this issue. He asked me to hold on and I did, not because you had a better rate (because some of your competitors beat your rate) but because Rick is a joy to work with. He worked with many levels of Harbor One and came to an acceptable resolution. It is rare to find the dedication, drive, work ethic, thoughtfulness, and kindness you have in Rick.
